    TRIGGER JOB IN A BAG

Posted by Gary on Oct 17th 2018

I installed a Trigger Job in a Bag in my Beretta 92 Elite II. I watched the video about installing the kit and the recommendation to use a small crochet hook was very helpful with installing the trigger spring. The results are amazing. The trigger is much smoother in both DA and SA. I ended up using the 13# hammer spring and am very happy with the results.

Trigger Job In A Bag - Beretta M9A3

Posted by Scott on Oct 3rd 2018

I have never written a review however this product is so good I must share my experience with it. After installing the the trigger kit in my M9A3 I have more confidence with it than any other handgun I currently own and have owned (which is embarrasingly too high for me to share) and the M9A3 is my favorite handgun to shoot. I have been shooting tighter groups with the M9A3 than my VP9 and Glocks with red dots. Amazingly impressed with the smoothness of the DA and the smooth break of the SA. If you think this is too much or not worth the cost, YOU ARE WRONG. Now I want to pick one up for a 92 compact and likely another for a PX4 compact. BUY IT!

WOW! Simply amazing what E.L. and Co. can do by polishing a few parts! If you own a 90 series Beretta, I wholeheartedly recommend you spend the coin to make your trigger THE BEST DA/SA Trigger you've ever pulled. It outshines the "action tunes" from other companies! I personally run 2 of these with 13lb hammer springs.

    Trigger job in a bag

Posted by Seth Blakeman on Sep 11th 2018

The trigger job in a bag works as advertised and I am very happy with it. I installed it in about 45 mins and it greatly reduces the trigger pull. For a while I just relied on the “D spring conversion” and the Langdon Trigger job in a bag blows that away. The quality of the parts and polishing is evident. I have a second 92a1 and I’ll be purchasing another trigger kit soon. I compete in pistol matches and I can’t wait to try it at the next match, thanks LTT.

I EDC my M9 and want to be as accurate as possible for range time, and to eliminate any negligent hits. Also to maximize my ability to stop a threat under stress, without having to mag dump to get rounds on target. I’m mechanically enclined and had no real difficulty installing the components in a reasonable amount of time. I didn’t rush, and you shouldn’t either. It can be enjoyable. PAY ATTENTION TO THE SEAR POSITION, AND ESPECIALLY THE SEAR SPRINGS ORIENTATION BEFORE YOU REMOVE THEM!!!!!!!! The LTT installation video is good, but these two items are difficult to see on the vid. While it’s disassembled, take this opportunity to detail clean. Fit and finish is excellent. I didn’t have to modify a single thing. I opted for the #13 spring,. I just prefer this for my EDC weapon, and I do carry my M9 daily. I conceal this pistol at 4-430 in an alien gear holster with no problem. I don’t wear oversized shirts and it disappears. I’m not fat or skinny. Performance is unbelievable. I’m serious. My first mag left me with an unintended smile of joy and disbelief lol. Trigger pull: my scale only goes to 8lbs. Stock double action pull was waaayy off the scale. Probably at least 12-13lbs. LTT kit with the #13 spring brought it down to about 6.25 lbs. Stock single action pull was about 6.5lbs. LTT kit brought it to 3.5lbs. The double action pull is very, and I mean VERY, smooth. Pretty much zero stacking. Single action has a crisp break and a short reset. There is a tiny bit of take up after the reset, but it’s effortless so it didn’t affect my aim on follow up shots. I’ve never cared about bullseye shooting. I care about hits on target, in vital areas, in an effective grouping. This kit has greatly Improved my performance with this pistol. My groups at about 25’, shots probably every 2-3 seconds, are all Slightly larger than the size of my fist. 5 1/2” roughly. I consider this to be good accuracy for me, as I’m not a competition shooter, but one who trains for fun, and For social work. This kit is well worth the $$. I believe you will be as pleased and surprised as I still am. Trevor Ward

    Awesome on M9A3

    Posted by G on Aug 20th 2018

The M9A3 comes with a decent trigger compared to other berettas, So I was a little on the fence about ordering this. I ordered the package with the Deluxe hammer, I didn't specify spring weight, I was told later over email I would be sent #13 if I didn't specify. All I can say is this upgrade is night/day compared to factory. Glassy smooth and very tactile, DA is wicked consistent. I shot a whole bunch of junk steel case ammo with no failures to ignite the primers. If I did indeed get a #13 spring, it doesn't come in terribly light compared to factory, maybe 1/2lb less. 4.5SA and 7.5DA roughly. Superb upgrade, don't hesitate to order this! I put it on an all black A3 and the colors look pretty darn good, I'd add pictures if I could! ONE word of advice, Check your right grip panel for wear marks, I have found that most trigger bars will rub on the inside of your grip and can effect pull weight, Light sanding on the inside of your grips to remove a little material will solve this!
