After several thousand trigger jobs on Beretta 92s and PX4s, Langdon Tactical Technology offers the "Trigger Job in a Bag." We polish and hand-stone all of the components that are part of the firing mechanism to smooth and lighten your trigger pull in DA/SA. The Trigger Job in a Bag is about 80% of what we do when we don't have the actual firearms. You can also do a full NP3 upgrade to your pistol that includes a "Trigger Job," with this kit. In August 2025, LTT switched over to a newly designed optimized performance hammer to optimize total trigger job performance in every way with improved sear notch geometry, reduced pre-travel distance, faster lock time, and better firing pin indent with lighter hammer springs. We believe this kit set-up gives you the best Trigger Job Performance and stand behind this hammer design, which has been over a year in development and manufacturing.

This kit MAY require some fitting for proper install and function - please watch the install guide video on the "Videos" tab of this page prior to purchase - we recommend that this kit be installed by a competent gunsmith.
This kit is NOT compatible with the 92X Performance, 92XI, or the 92GTS; these pistols must be sent in for custom gun work.

Answer: Yes, you do need this entire kit. The parts you have have not been worked on. Yes, the parts started the same, but we do work on the individual parts in the kit for 80% of what we can do if we have the gun itself.

It should be called, "new pistol in a bag."
I put this in a Beretta M9 Langdon Special., which is already a great pistol to start with. This is the best upgrade you can put in an M9/92/96, short of sending your pistol to LTT for a trigger job. Only some minor stoning of the LTT Optimized Performance Trigger Bar was required. My M9 now is like a whole new pistol. It has a lighter "felt" smoother trigger pull. The reset is something you have to feel to believe it. The Trigger Job In A Bag is worth every penny. Ernest Langdon even has a tutorial video to help you if you need it. LTT, keep up the great work. P.s., do yourself a favor and get the crochet hook Ernest recommends, you'll thank him later.

The trigger job in a bag that purchased has been excelent, it has transformed my shooting experience with my elite LTT I am really happy with the results. I installed the kit myself following the video instructions I cant believe how smooth the trigger is thanks for all your help.

TJIAB - Beretta M9
This kit is worth the money. I just installed it and have yet to try it out live fire, but for dry fire, the difference is night and day. Before I bought this, I had a D hammer spring and Wolff trigger conversion spring in the gun and I thought that this was good. The DA/SA from the LTT TJIB significantly reduced weight on both, and the reset is so much shorter now. If you're on the fence about it, just do it.
