Custom Gun Work - LTT PX4 RDO Cut - PX4 Compact

This is the same RDO solution we pioneered for the Beretta 92, available on the PX4 Compact (note plates are not interchangeable between the 92, P30, or PX4)
This RDO Solution uses a very similar proprietary adaptor plate as the LTT 92 RDO system with an integrated back-up iron sight that is matched to the height of the integrated rear sight for proper point of impact. The adaptor is held in place with three screws and includes the front dovetail cut. The screws included in the package will match your plate selection on your form. The LTT RDO Solution for the PX4 Series of pistols is currently Patent Pending.
This Custom Gun Work package includes all of the following:
- Slide milling, and prep for our proprietary RDO plate as well as cerakote on the slide in Elite Black or whatever color it comes in as. IE: PX4 FDE slides, will be coated in FDE.
- Our proprietary optic plate (See footprint options below)
- Red dot height front sight that matches the adaptor plate built in rear sight
- Return shipping to the same address the slide was shipped from.
Note: We will not be able to upgrade the old PX4 RDO system to the new system. If someone already has one of our old RDO cut PX4s, we cannot make this new cut into their slide. The cut is in a different location further back from the breach face of the pistol. It does not leave enough material for the front dovetail.
RDO Slide Instructions:
- Add this item to your cart and check out.
- Fill out the Custom Gun Work form
- Pack your slide for shipping and include the filled out CGW form. Your slide MUST BE CLEANED or you will be charged a $15 cleaning fee.
- Ship the slide (signature required) & documents to the address provided on the CGW form. We do NOT need a copy of your driver's license if you are just shipping the slide.

WHAT IS THE LTT REAR SIGHT FORWARD (RSF) OPTIC PLATE?
LTT is proud to offer a limited selection of our optics footprints in a rear sight forward (RSF) configuration. Having the rear sight in front of the optic window decreases visual clutter, making it easier to remain focused on the target during the shooting process. Placing the rear sight forward of the optic also means that you can see the dot in 100% of the window, because none of your view of the optic is obstructed by the rear sight. Finally, the RSF configuration can help keep the front lens of your optic clean by deflecting some of the carbon, gas, and debris that exits the chamber away from the lens.

Important Note Regarding RDO Plate Compatibility: This is not a comprehensive list of all the optics that may work with our plates. Our plates have been designed to fit tightly with the optic body of the main optic it was designed for. Other optics manufacturers may use the same footprint for mounting but have a different size optic body or may change the size of their optic body without warning. We cannot guarantee fit with all manufacturers that use these listed footprints.

Great RDO Cut, Subpar Cerakote
Without question the RDO cut is an amazing innovation for the PX4 series, as it replaces the limited sight options for the most modern offerings. It breathes new life into one of my favorite pistols. What I'm not in love with is the included cerakote job I had to coat my slide after it was done. Its subpar at best. The application is way too thick and now chips in the wear spots instead of smoothly wearing in. Had I known this would be the quality of work, I would have skipped the refinish entirely and got it done locally or had it DLC'd.

PX4 Storm Compact, RDO Cut
Just received my slide back from LTT. The cut, mounting plate, and taller back up iron sights are perfect. I even got a new coating on my slide that had some holster wear. My Holosun mounted on perfectly. I highly recommend their work. No issues with function. Really good gun work.

Out-freakin-standing! Excellent work, Holosun bolted on no problems and dialed in no problem. Turn around was well within max time stated. Bonus, sweet new cerakote finish on a worn slide. Excellent value and highly recommend.
