LTT PX4 Low RDO Optic Cut
Bring your Beretta PX4 into the modern red dot era with the Langdon Tactical Low RDO Solution—a purpose-built optic mounting system developed from the same proven technology LTT pioneered for the Beretta 92.
LTT doesn't simply machine a pocket into your slide and bolt an optic on top. Our PX4 RDO system was engineered as a complete solution to position the red dot low, secure, and properly integrated into the pistol while maintaining the reliability and shootability the PX4 is known for.
The heart of the system is our proprietary LTT adapter plate featuring an integrated backup rear sight. The plate is secured to the slide with three screws for a robust mounting interface, while a matching red dot-height front sight provides a properly regulated backup sight picture. The slide is precision machined specifically around this system, including the front dovetail required for the matching sight.
The result is a clean, low-profile optic installation that feels like it belongs on the PX4—not an aftermarket solution added as an afterthought.

Your PX4 RDO Custom Gun Work Includes:
- Precision slide milling and preparation for the proprietary LTT Low RDO system
- LTT proprietary optic adapter plate in your selected footprint
- Integrated backup rear sight
- Matching red dot-height front sight and front dovetail machining
- Slide refinishing in Elite Black Cerakote or the appropriate original color, such as FDE
- Correct mounting hardware for your selected optic plate
- Return shipping to the address from which the slide was received
The LTT PX4 RDO Solution is Patent Pending and gives PX4 owners a complete optic system engineered around the pistol rather than simply adapting an existing mounting solution to it.
Compatibility Note: LTT 92, HK P30, and PX4 optic plates are platform-specific and are not interchangeable.
Previous LTT PX4 RDO Cuts: Slides machined for the previous-generation LTT PX4 RDO system cannot be converted to the current system. The new optic cut is positioned farther rearward from the breech face, and previously machined slides do not retain sufficient material for the required front dovetail.
Not compatible with Type C PX4 variants.

- Add this item to your cart and check out.
- Fill out the Custom Gun Work form
- Pack your slide for shipping and include the filled out CGW form. Your slide MUST BE CLEANED or you will be charged a 15 dollar cleaning fee.
- Ship the slide (signature required) and documents to the address provided on the CGW form. We do NOT need a copy of your driver's license if you are just shipping the slide.
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for all work to be performed from time of receipt. Return Shipping is a fixed rate will be charged when you place your order that includes the slide cut and Cerakote.

WHAT IS THE LTT REAR SIGHT FORWARD (RSF) OPTIC PLATE?
LTT is proud to offer a limited selection of our optics footprints in a rear sight forward (RSF) configuration. Having the rear sight in front of the optic window decreases visual clutter, making it easier to remain focused on the target during the shooting process. Placing the rear sight forward of the optic also means that you can see the dot in 100 percent of the window, because none of your view of the optic is obstructed by the rear sight. Finally, the RSF configuration can help keep the front lens of your optic clean by deflecting some of the carbon, gas, and debris that exits the chamber away from the lens.

Important Note Regarding RDO Plate Compatibility This is not a comprehensive list of all the optics that may work with our plates. Our plates have been designed to fit tightly with the optic body of the main optic it was designed for. Other optics manufacturers may use the same footprint for mounting but have a different size optic body or may change the size of their optic body without warning. We cannot guarantee fit with all manufacturers that use these listed footprints.
