I installed this on a Wilson Combat 92 G Centurion and no fitting was required. Simple 5 minute swap out with the original Beretta trigger bar. Changed the reset and created a very pronounced clean break in double action. I ordered to black version. The finish is a little lighter then the frame and slide. It is not a very noticeable since most of the bar is covered by the hand grip when installed. Works well.
Wow, what a difference. Eliminated over travel and the reset is maybe 1/16”, and the overall break and reset are just stellar and so smooth and crisp. People say it doesn’t impact the double action but I think it feels a tad lighter and if I’m just imagining that so be it but I know for sure it’s certainly smoother w no stacking. Guess I’ll have the get the darn performance trigger group next, should have just went ahead and got the trigger in a bag but either way that doesn’t take away from the fact that this bar makes this a totally different pistol to shoot, loved it already, now it’s by far my favorite to train with outside of my 229 Legion SAO. Absolutely love it!!!
I recently purchased a full size PX4 and replaced the factory trigger bar with the LTT trigger bar. Between the more consistent feel in the trigger hammer operation and the shorter more consistent reset in single action is unbelievable and nice.
I don't know what else there is to say that hasn't been said, but I feel as though it needs to be said. The factory trigger bar from the Beretta 92FS, and other similar stock Berettas is garbage. It makes the trigger work, but Langdon re-did the trigger bar, gave it a finish that not only makes the external trigger bar look more attractive, but also makes it super durable. Finally, the big elephant in the room being the over-travel stop, and the reset distance. It's on par with the SiG SRT system and the CZ-75 Shadow 2 Orange, and when you combine the DLC or NP3 coated OP trigger bar with a D spring or a 13lbs to 14lbs hammer spring, you immediately already get 70% of the results of a custom trigger job with no fitting required. Greatest trigger upgrade you can do for your Beretta other than the springs.
I upgraded my M9A4 with the Xtreme-S trigger and was impressed, but also underwhelmed. The trigger was much improved, but still far from perfect. I ordered this trigger bar and the trigger is now perfect. The trigger pull is short and smooth. The reset is extremely short. My groups have shrunk immensely. It was a drop in install.
Installed on 92fs Compact finding excellent trigger pull short reset very smooth performance. I also installed Landons trigger spring as well.
Disappointed. After finally getting the kit, the tiny punches needed, and time to install kit. It won't work/ fit the 92X Performance. Trigger bar requires major work around trigger pin. Has a ledge that needs removing. Sear is totally wrong for this model. Conflicts with safety . Only usable parts are hammer strut and springs. There's $300 bucks pissed away. Even a gunsmith would have to hack up the parts to "make work". So why bother? Then the finish coating is compromised. Best to just get some springs and polish original parts. Another lesson learned on this model. Is a great kit in my 92FS. Just not for the 92X performance.
This was the final piece to the puzzle for my M9. I replaced all of the plastic hardware with steel units and converted to a GMod safety set up. Running the gold recoil spring, a 14# hammer spring, and the Wilson trigger spring. Did a complete polish on all the proper engagement points of the hammer, sear, hammer strut, sides of trigger spring, the ends of all of the springs, feed ramp, and etc. This was the last thing needed to make the M9 perfect. The complete elimination of over-travel, the quick reset that this trigger bar provides, and the slippery coating on the bar itself, transformed my M9 completely. In single action, the trigger pull is crisp and much like you’d get from a nicely tuned 1911. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone with this series of pistol. Needed zero modification to work flawlessly. Didn’t have to file away material or anything. Straight drop in and works great. Worth every penny! When I get around to it, I’ll probably grab a ported barrel as well. She shoots like a dream. Thanks guys!
