Optimized Performance Trigger Bar

The Optimized Performance Trigger Bar from LTT provides significant reduction in reset distance, improved double action, and a reduction in over travel on your Beretta 92/M9A1/M9A3 OR PX4.

You can install it as a standalone upgrade, or combine it with an LTT Trigger job for quicker, smoother, and more predictable shots.

The Black is ArmorLube DLC (Diamond-like Carbon). The NP3 option is the silver/nickel Teflon finish.

ArmorLube-DLC or Diamond-Like Carbon is the most durable and corrosion-resistant coating we have ever used.

Please note:The PX4 Optimized Trigger Bar is Only Available in black DLC finish and works on the PX4 Compact Carry, PX4 Full-Size and Subcompact in 9mm and .40 ONLY.

92/96/M9 FAQ's:

  • Will the OP Trigger Bar work with the existing trigger job/trigger job in a bag I have? Yes it will.
  • Will the OP Trigger Bar work with the Short Reach Trigger? Yes.
  • Is this drop in ready? Yes. It may need to be fitted, but less than the other trigger bars we sell. **92X Performance requires Gunsmith Fit**
  • What 92's will this work in? It will work in the 92F models and later and *may* also work with 92SB's. It will not work with the 92S.
  • Do I need to have a trigger job on my gun in order for this to work? No, you do not.
  • Is the firing pin block functional and gun still drop safe with the installation of this OP Trigger Bar? Yes.
  • Will the OP Trigger Bar work on a 92 Compact and Centurion? Yes.
  • Will the OP Trigger Bar work on the 92D? Yes, it will work, but it will not reduce the reset.
  • Does the OP Trigger Bar reduce pre-travel? No.
  • Will the OP Trigger Bar work on a 92D or Double action only model? The hard finish should make the Double action smoother, but it will not reduce the reset. The OP Trigger Bar shortens the reset in single action only.
  • I Installed my OP Trigger Bar and now I feel a 'hitch' in DA? At the very beginning of the trigger pull in DA, the 'hitch' is the half cock notch. All of them do it, this is normal, you may just notice it more because it's actually smoother. You may even hear it, but rest assured, it's normal. It's a safety measure and part of DA/SA operation.

    Optimized Performance Trigger Bar

Pretty amazing on the difference between stock trigger bar and this. Just when you think the stock pull is pretty good, this takes to another level. Double action silk smooth and the single action reset is excellent. I have this on five of my 92s. Two 92x full size and three LTT Centurions.

installed one each in my PX4 Compact and my PX4 Subcompact and they both work flawlessly....they shortened both the take-up and reset and made them much quicker on follow-up shots. great addition to my Franken-LTT PX4s.

    Trigger bar

Posted by Jeff on Aug 26th 2024

This should be the first thing you should do to your px4. You can get trigger kits and springs later if you want them, but this simple part makes such a difference in the trigger pull and reset that you might not feel like you need it. Maybe get a 12 or 13 pound spammer spring and you are match ready

    Trigger bar and match hammer

Posted by Scott on Aug 26th 2024

I have just the trigger bar in my px4 and I have the trigger bar and match hammer on my 92. Trigger bar alone is amazing with the shorter reset but paired with the match hammer it is a dream.

    Great upgrade!

Posted by Mark Cheshire on Aug 14th 2024

A little stiff at first as with almost any upgrade to any part of a trigger's mechanisms. Removed some over travel and operates great. Highly recommend! Great job, LTT!! Bravo Zulu!

    All you need

While waiting for my fully optioned px4 cc to be done, I decided to buy a used full size px4. Easily the best da/sa pistol I’ve fired that isn’t made for competition. I just installed this op trigger bar and an 11lb hammer spring and it’s suddenly a new gun. It’s absolutely amazing and so worth the money. The wall before break in Sa still feels solid, but the break now is so smooth and easy. Also ltt shipping is the bees knees. Ordered Wednesday, shipped Thursday expected for next Tuesday, showed up Saturday. I live far north east. Cannot recommend enough!
