    What a masterpiece!

Posted by Jeremy on Jan 7th 2020

I bought the LTT compact with carry bevel, and spartan sights, and added the cut and crowned barrel and mag guide. I love this gun. I have three 92s with LTT trigger jobs in bags (one with NP3 parts and the LTT trigger bar) and the triggers on those guns are fantastic, but the Langdon in-house-done trigger job is noticeably better. Any skepticism I had about the value of the carry bevel went away the first time I picked up the gun. This gun is smooth, shoots amazing, is perfectly finished, and has the best trigger I've ever shot!

    92 Eelite LTT Compact

Posted by B Hanley- Meridian Idaho on Dec 20th 2019

Wednesday of this week my Beretta 92 Elite LTT Compact arrived at the gun store. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and quality of this fine pistol. I ordered “a Full House pistol” -carry bevel package Spartan Sights, trigger job. I also had the Langdon optimized performance trigger bar installed and the front of the barrel cut flush with the slide then recrowned at 20 degrees. (Cut & Crown Barrel on the gunsmithing page. “This crowning process reduces the overall length of the gun by bringing the barrel flush with the end of the slide, giving a true custom look to the barrel end of the gun. A Cut and Crown Barrel maximizes accuracy potential and reduces carbon build-up making the muzzle area much easier to clean. “) This offering looks so sharp I may have to send off my PX4CC for the treatment! To finish the pistol off I asked that they coat the upper slide in the familiar Langdon gray seen on other offerings with the LTT Logo. Finish is flawless with a very tasteful LTT logo along the right side of the slide under the safety (now decocker only) lever. This pistol is an exemplary example of gunsmithing along with a dedication to quality production of a self-defense firearm. I only have 50 rounds downrange (my gun store has an indoor shooting range so that occurred almost immediately) with relatively inexpensive ammunition (S&B 115grn ball). At 7 and 10 yards the gun is holding the same hole provided I do my part on what I believe to be the finest DA/SA trigger ever. This is my fourth Langdon pistol and while I am in incredible fan of the PX4 Compact Carry for EDC, this fine example of a fighting handgun may well take its place. My experience with Ernest Langdon and his team extend to having taken a class from him in January of 2019 as well as dealing with his lovely bride on more than one occasion for custom pistol services. The overall customer service is outstanding and as the company grows, I have no doubt they will offer services that will far exceed the existing product line. Thanks to everyone at Langdon tactical for fulfilling your commitment in producing high-quality firearms for the enjoyment of individuals who carry daily for a living as well as for peace of mind.

    92 Elite LTT Compact

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 11th 2019

I took delivery of the 92 Elite LTT Centurion last week and knew I had to have a Compact too. Aimee had it out the door the same afternoon she took my phone order....outstanding. This one with the Spartan sights, Optimized Trigger Bar and the trigger job by EL. These 15 rd mags are incredible, I have large hands and I get a full grip. I understand that Mec-Gar did these mags for this LTT project and they are special. My only advice is to not neglect yourself and get the trigger job by Ernest, you will not regret this, no other Beretta trigger that compares.

    Phenomenal pistol

Posted by John P on Dec 3rd 2019

Prior to explaining why this review is four stars rather than five, I would like to point out that this pistol is outstanding and is everything I expected after all of the hype the 92 LTT series received. So if you are on the fence about purchasing, just do it. Also, Langdon Tactical did an excellent and prompt job on fulfillment; I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it arrived at my FFL on the following Wednesday. Now, for the four-star rating: this is probably a minor thing but for the price point (and with "LTT" etched into the slide) I expected zero QC issues. I fired 150 rounds through this handgun immediately after picking it up and noticed it grouped approximately 5"-6" left at 25 yards (I know right? This guy's missing left, shooter error what noob). Initially I thought I just needed to get used to the trigger (I don't have this issue with any of my other handguns). However, I took a quick look at the rear sight and noticed it was drifted so far to the left that I could catch my finger nail on the lip of the portion that overhung the edge of the dovetail. I mechanically centered the sight in the dovetail and it shoots point of aim and I couldn't be happier. Again, with the price and LTT name behind, I was disappointed to have to deal with a misaligned sight but everything else is excellent and I would definitely recommend this handgun to anybody who asks (and most people who don't!)

    Beauty

Posted by Robert Todd on Dec 3rd 2019

Bought the compact with the trigger job. Handgun shipped same day I purchased, staff was highly responsive, and the gun is gorgeous. If you are a fan of beretta, then you will truly appreciate what LTT modified. I own an M9A3 and a 92fs, but the LTT's trigger is impressive. I've been wanting to carry a beretta ever since I bought my first handgun, and now with this compact (matched with the JM AIWB 2.5 holster) I am all set. Thanks for the craftsmanship and can't wait to see what other models you release in the future.

    92 Elite LTT Compact

Posted by Paul Manouvrier on Dec 2nd 2019

The first thing that jumped out at me is that this gun looks well made, custom shop well made. In my mind, Wilson Combat Berettas were prettier and Langdon Beretta's have better triggers. Had to re-think the prettier part. They still have better triggers. I own a Langdon Tactical Elite (my favorite Beretta) until I saw this gun. It's the best combination of function and form I've seen in a Beretta. There is no need for a semi custom gun. It exceeded my expectations and the bar was set high as I own several of their guns. My favorite to date.
