** We have brought back the Beretta Elite 2 Hammer and the Beretta Match Hammer in our trigger jobs in a bag for a limited time while we await our next batch of LTT Optimized Performance Hammers to arrive**

After several thousand trigger jobs on Beretta 92s and PX4s, Langdon Tactical Technology offers the "Trigger Job in a Bag." We polish and hand-stone all of the components that are part of the firing mechanism to smooth and lighten your trigger pull in DA/SA. The Trigger Job in a Bag is about 80% of what we do when we don't have the actual firearms. You can also do a full NP3 upgrade to your pistol that includes a "Trigger Job," with this kit. In August 2025, LTT switched over to a newly designed optimized performance hammer to optimize total trigger job performance in every way with improved sear notch geometry, reduced pre-travel distance, faster lock time, and better firing pin indent with lighter hammer springs. We believe this kit set-up gives you the best Trigger Job Performance and stand behind this hammer design, which has been over a year in development and manufacturing.

PLEASE NOTE:

This kit MAY require some fitting for proper install and function - please watch the install guide video on the "Videos" tab of this page prior to purchase - we recommend that this kit be installed by a competent gunsmith.

This kit is NOT compatible with the 92X Performance, 92XI, or the 92GTS; these pistols must be sent in for custom gun work.

No returns will be accepted on opened kits.

    Trigger Job In A Bag

Posted by Leighton Wong on Apr 28th 2020

Great upgrade! A must for the Beretta 92FS. Installation was quick and perfect fit. Trigger bar did not need modification and single action is at 3.12 pounds and double action is at a little over 5 pounds. I used my reduced power wolf trigger spring and short reach trigger and worked perfect. Good for small hands and women and young shooters can control the pistol with accuracy. I also have the SGS style compensator by Ric Gandy installed for a comfortable shooting experience!

I have never done any type of gunsmithing but with this product and the excellent video, it was pretty easy. The results were great and I learned quite a bit just performing the task. Great Product!!

    Trigger job in a bag

Posted by Travis on Apr 27th 2020

I was naturally skeptical. But reading and watching all the rave reviews, I went for it and installed the trigger job in a bag. It required no fitting and and the smooth trigger pull and short reset now blows me away. I can't wait to try the np3 version.

TRIGGER JOB IN A BAG - 92/96/M9 SERIES

Posted by Chris D on Apr 27th 2020

Do not hesitate on this. Hands-down, this is the best upgrade that I could have possibly made to my 92X Centurion. The gun was a good shooter when it came out of the box, but after installing the trigger job in a bag, it is now a great shooter. The double-action is buttery smooth, the single action is very crisp and predictable as it should be, and the reset is super short. Earnest, you can have my money any day.

    Great installation process

Posted by Robert on Apr 27th 2020

Things went very smoothly with the installation process. It would help if they did a new video with some better lighting and a better camera, because there were a few points I was left to guess what was happening. The part he said was difficult took me a few seconds, but some of the easier parts took me a little longer as I couldn't quite figure out what was being done. But overall, it took me about 35 minutes.

    Better than advertised

Posted by Charles Stewart on Apr 24th 2020

I'm a novice when it comes to working on guns but I know a first class action when I feel one. I watched the installation video and spent about 20 minutes installing the trigger job in a bag kit. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how good the fire control can be on a 92 with this trigger job installed. I can say that I would pay more for it because it's really that good.
