Our HK USP Custom Gun Work is designed to modernize one of the most respected duty pistols ever made while preserving the legendary reliability and durability that made the USP and HK45's an icon. Choose from our renowned Trigger Job, low-profile Red Dot Optic (RDO) cut, GrayGuns trigger upgrades, optimized internal components, custom hammer springs, and other performance enhancements to build a pistol tailored to your needs.

What we do: Install the Gray Guns Short Reset Trigger System in conjunction with our Trigger Work and spring changes to give you a smoother and lighter trigger pull. For the USP, this puts the DA pull at about 8lbs and SA around 4lbs. 

FLAT TRIGGER: The Gray Guns Flat Trigger is available for the USP Compact and Full-Size.

NOTE: We don't do DA/SA to LEM conversions.

NOTE: HK USP Models with adjustable, factory installed rear sights cannot be cut for LTT's LOW RDO solution due to the geometry & depth of the adjustable sight slide cut. 
Please see the last photo on this page if you are unsure if your USP has factory adjustable rear sights.
Potentially affected pistols are the HK USP Elite, Expert, Tactical, & Compact models.

Custom Gun Work Ordering Instructions: PLEASE BE SURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. 
1) First, place your deposit for the order by selecting the product on this page and checking out. If you selected 'Yes, please send me a shipping label!' PLEASE allow 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday) for your label to be sent.
2) Next, fill out our custom gunwork order form and print the off a copy to ship with your firearm(s), along with a copy of your driver's license. HK USP & HK 45 CGW Form
For any additions you would like to request that are not on the order form, please write them in the comments box on the order form and we will contact you if we have any questions. 
3) Please print off a photocopy of your driver's license and include it with your firearm(s).
4) Securely package your firearm(s), any parts you are supplying, your CGW Order Form, and your driver's license, and ship it to the address on the order form - if you requested a shipping label, it will arrive via email within 24 to 48 hours. The shipping fees are for the inbound label only. Check out the video here for instructions. 
5) There will be return shipping fees - charged exact at time of shipment. We have to ship back overnight shipping, signature required. Cost is anywhere between $35 and $65 depending on where you live. 

Custom Gun Work time frame can be anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. If you are also getting the RDO Cut, please allow the full amount of time for your firearm to be upgraded. Your slide will be cerakoted in Elite Black once machined. Need to add an optic? Check our options here. If you purchase one from us, we will install it on your pistol for you.
