Beretta 92 Elite LTT II by Langdon Tactical

I picked up the Beretta 92 Elite LTT II with the black slide and NP3 internals, and I’ve got to say—I was pretty excited about this one from the start. It comes straight from Beretta USA with the factory low-cut RDO and the updated slide serrations, which already made it stand out to me. I also had Langdon Tactical set it up with a Holosun 507C and the NP3 Volker Precision flat trigger, so it really felt like a complete, ready-to-go package right out of the box. As soon as I got it transferred, I headed out to zero the dot. The process was super smooth—no issues at all. Once I started shooting, what really stood out was how quickly it returned to battery. Follow-up shots felt natural, and getting back on target was easier than I expected. The LTT trigger job is a huge upgrade over the factory setup. It’s noticeably smoother and much crisper, with a shorter, more defined reset. For a DA/SA pistol, it feels really refined and makes a big difference in control and consistency. I’m also a big fan of the new look. The slide serrations, especially up near the front, make a real difference. Racking the slide feels quicker and more secure, and I didn’t have any problems with my grip slipping. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It shoots great, feels great, and looks even better. With all the upgrades, it feels like a dialed-in setup right from the start. If you’re considering a Beretta 92 with the factory low-cut RDO, this one is definitely a must.

Very pleased with the performance, and the trigger is so smooth with hardly any recoil. I have over 650 rounds shot trying to find what grain bullet it likes best. I was shooting Blue Bullets 125gr TC, Berrys 135gr RN, Berrys 147gr RN, X-Treme 100gr RN FP and PMC 115gr RN. Turns out it likes them all but really stood out with the 125 Gr Blue Bullets. I also installed a Holosun 407C it took less than 10 shots to get it zeroed at 15 yards. I found the grips to be a little large for my smaller hands so I ordered a set of Lok Grips Vertec Veloce. Just installed them feels great now. (One of the main reasons for purchasing as it is more ergonomically fitting for my body type). Plan to go out again this weekend.

Although I have purchased other guns from LTT, this one exceeded my expectations. Very smooth DA and SA trigger pull. I had LTT install the Volker flat trigger which is a perfect companion on this gun. The grip material is the best I've ever seen on a production guy. It works wet or dry. I have a couple K rounds through it so far with zero issues. If you decide to try this guy, you'll be very pleased.

As someone who owns the original 92 elite I can tell you this is a significant progression. First, the new slide design brings the 92 into the modern era of pistols and new grips on a Vertec frame improve ergonomics. The optic cut is now a factory feature from Betetta and of course what stays the same is the amazing trigger work from Langdon making the Beretta 92 one of the finest firearms one can own.

Excellent quality and trigger as expected with LTT and Beretta. The new slide serrations are the perfect addition to an excellent pistol! 10/10
