I almost returned this, but I am glad I did not.
After concealed carrying for fifteen years now, I no longer have washboard abs (no fault of the carrying of course), so I almost gave up on this belt because when you secure it in place, the velcro overlapping the section of Cordura and reinforced nylon webbing where you hang your firearm makes this belt thicker than my old leather Galco Cop belt (albeit quite a few ounces lighter). The thickness may not be a problem for guys who are thinner around the waist, but for me it was causing my right-handed AIWB carry to print significantly more than my leather belt (I carry a Beretta PX4 Storm Compact in a Dara MTO Minimalist AIWB holster). What I had to realize, for me anyay,, was that I needed to put this belt on in reverse (compared to normal belts). This is why the belt is tapered in such a way to go in multiple directions. If you're carrying right-handed, and you want to avoid printing further,, start from the loop on the right side of your package, and after you make your way back to the front left side, sinch the velcro back over itself to fasten it in place (on the left side of your body). You'll understand when/if you choose to do it this way (and you'll love this belt). It is very well thought out, light, extremely comfortable, and should replace most other belt designs in my opinion. As an extra bonus, adjusting your belt is much quicker and simpler than a standard belt if you haven't used these setups in the past. So when you have to sit in your vehicle, digest a big meal, or cinch it up tight in a flash to better conceal your firearm, the design makes it a breeze and I can't recommend it highly enough. It is simply wonderful.
