- The 'Standard' option is a plastic guide rod
- The 'Solid' option is a metal guide rod.
Works for the 9mm.
The .45 guns use a different spring.

The quality of LTT's steel recoil spring assembly is simply top-notch. Get one and see. I dabbed on some lubricating oil along the length of the assembly (not too much, just enough so its clearly oiled) and it functions excellently.
