Fugly, but functional
Without a doubt this lever is the best option for concealment and positive manipulation of the decocking lever. Funny name, but actually looks really good on the pistol.
The new PX4 Carry Lever Set designed by Ernest Langdon and manufactured by Beretta. It's the manufactured version of the original Fugly. The PX4 Carry is a G Model that will work on the PX4 Compact, PX4 Full-size and subcompact.

Compared with larger factory-style controls, the Carry Lever reduces unnecessary protrusion from the slide while still providing the leverage needed to confidently decock the pistol. The lower-profile design helps minimize snagging on clothing and gear, making it an excellent choice for shooters who carry their PX4 concealed or simply prefer cleaner, less obtrusive controls.
For DA/SA shooters, an intuitive and dependable decocking system is an important part of operating the pistol. After the original PX4 "thumb assassin," and the moderate improvement of the Langdon "Stealth" decocker that was less hostile, but presented too small a profile to engage well, this is the solution to what was an irritating flaw in an otherwise outstanding pistol. Not only is this iteration more easily manipulated, the craftsmanship is superior to the Stealth version. Easily worth $45. Considering replacement of the off-side lever also. Thanks to Ernest Langdon for removing the pimple from the bride's nose.

An accessory that ACTUALLY improves the pist
I love my PX4 Carry. It has made me return to the world of the TDA pistol. Mr. Langdon's influence and work on the pistol can be seen and felt. One of the Carry's shortcomings (in my mind) was the stealth levers. I do like the idea of a lower profile set decocker and slide release levers but the stealth decocker lever is just a little too low profile. The size of it made it difficult to utilize. Enter the handiwork (literally) of Mr. Langdon. He has hand shaped the original levers into something that is very much in the Goldilocks zone (just right). It allows a much easier decocking while still ensuring a low profile. Not only is the lever reshaped, it has new serrations to ensure good purchase for your thumb. A great upgrade for a great pistol and well worth the price.

PX4 Fugly Lever
Just right. With my thumb length, I had trouble operating the stock stealth lever on my CC without shifting my grip considerably. With the Fugly Lever installed this is now much easier. No sharp edges, nice finish, and still fits in my custom Kydex holster. Well done.
