Privacy Policy

Langdon Tactical Technology, Inc. (“LTT”) observes the following privacy policy for its website https://www.langdontactical.com (the “Site”).

 

  1. Collection and Use of Information. LTT collects a variety of information from those visiting, accessing, or otherwise connecting to its website (collectively, a “Visitor”) when a Visitor registers on the Site, places an order, enters a giveaway or contest, responds to a survey or any communication from LTT (i.e., an email) or uses any Site feature whatsoever (“Site Use”). Information collected through Site Use includes technical information such as IP address, device and geographic region; analytical information such as navigational data and pages visited; and personal information such as a Visitor’s preferences and information that is capable of being associated or linked with a Visitor; (collectively, “Information”). Contact Information includes readily identifiable information for a Visitor such as a Visitor’s name, email address, mailing address, credit card information or any other information provided by a Visitor. LTT also collects information about gift recipients so that it can fulfill any gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. A Visitor may choose what information is collected by following the guidelines laid out in this policy.

  2. LTT’s Use of Information. LTT may use the Information it collects from a Visitor to (A) improve and personalize your Site experience; (B) better serve you in responding to your customer service requests; (C)manage risk and fraud; (D) quickly process your transactions; (E) administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other Site feature; (F) to provide content, ads or services; (G) in any other way describe when the information was provided; or (H) for any other lawful purpose pursuant to lawful process. If you have opted-in to receive our email newsletter, we may send you periodic emails. If you have not opted-in to receive email newsletters, you will not receive these emails. Visitors who register or participate in other Site features such as marketing programs and ‘members-only’ content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our email list and receive email communications from us. If you would like to modify how your Information is collec, or would no longer like to receive promotional emails please refer to the “How can you opt-out, remove or modify Information you have provided to us?” section below.   3. Security of Information. LTT implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to maintain the safety of a Visitor’s Information and Contact Information, including a secured network. All sensitive information a Visitor provides to LTT, such as credit card information, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into LTT’s databases and is only accessed by LTT to process the Visitor’s order.

  4. Cookies. LTT and our third-party service providers or contractors use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively, Cookies”) to enhance a visitor experience on the Site. Cookies recognize when you visit our Site, remember a Visitor’s preferences, and provide you with a personalized experience. When Visitor uses our Site LTT, or an authorized third party, may place a Cookie on your device that collects Information, about your online activities over time and across different sites. Cookies allow us to track use, infer browsing preferences, and improve and customize your experience. 

    A. Persistence. We use both session-based and persistent Cookies on our Site. Persistent Cookies remain on your computer when you have gone offline, while session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser. A website may set a Cookie if the browser’s preferences allow it. A browser only permits a website to access the Cookies that it has set, not those set by other websites.

    B. Types. Strictly Necessary Cookies are necessary for our website to work as intended. • Functional Cookies enable enhanced functionality, like videos and live chat. Without these Cookies, certain functions may become unavailable. • Performance Cookies provide statistical information on site usage. For example, these Cookies enable web analytics that allow us to improve our website over time. • Targeting Cookies are used to personalize content to enhance your experience.

    C. Control. Visitors can access your cookie settings by utilizing the link for Cookie settings at the bottom of the webpage. It is also possible to disable Cookies through your device or browser settings. Disabling Cookies may affect your ability to use the Site. For instance, we may not be able to recognize your computer or mobile device and you may need to log in every time you visit our website. All information gathered by LTT is kept confidential and will never be sold by LTT. We may disclose Information and Contact Information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy: (A) with your consent and/or for the purpose it was provided for; (B) to enforce or apply our policies; (C) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business or the Site and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them; (D) to comply with law enforcement, court order or other legal action, as required by law or regulation; (E) as it is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of LTT, our customers, or others; including but not limited to, exchanging information with other companies, organizations, entities, or individuals for the purposes of fraud protection, credit risk reduction, or loss prevention; (F) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of LTT’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by LTT is among the assets transferred.

  6. Opt-Out, Remove or Modify. A Visitor may opt-out, remove or modify information collected by LTT that is not legally required to be maintained by LTT for record keeping or compliance.  
     

    A. Email Subscriptions. To modify email subscriptions, the Visitor must do so in the “My Account” section of the Site, or a Visitor may select the “Unsubscribe” tab at the bottom of any email to be removed from future emails from LTT. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production for a short period of time after unsubscribing.

    B. LTT Account. To delete all of your online account information from our database, select the “My Account” tab on the Site and remove your shipping address, billing address & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record keeping and compliance.

    C. Cookies. To disable Cookies, indicate your preferences on the banner at the bottom of the Site or modify your cookie settings in the options menu of your browser. Disabling Cookies may impair the use or function of some features of the Site.

  7. Third-Party Links. To provide Visitors with increased value and experience, LTT may include third party links on the Site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. LTT therefore has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

  8. Changes in the Privacy Policy. If LTT decides to change its privacy policy, LTT will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of such change in the privacy policy. This policy was last modified on February 20, 2026.
