Chrome Silicon Recoil Spring for the 92 Full-Size, Compact and Centurion.

Not sure whether to choose the 12.5#, 11.5# or 14#? The 12.5# should be used for EDC and the most commonly purchased. The 11.5# is typically used for competition with low-powered ammunition. The 14# Should be used in the 92 Compact and Centurion.

    Recoil spring

Posted by Furman Whitaker on Jan 21st 2021

Went from a 14lbs spring to an 11.5 lbs spring. Had zero light strikes after 150 rounds and less recoil impulse. Makes for better shooting

    Silicon Recoil Spring

Excellent quality. I run a 12.5# in all of my 92s per LTT's recommendation!

Quality spring, not much else to say

Posted by Colton M on Aug 7th 2020

It's a nice, quality spring that is an improvement over the stock recoil spring in my opinion. Worthwhile, inexpensive upgrade. I swapped out the captured polymer recoil assembly in my 92A1 with a 12.5# LTT spring and a Wilson Combat steel guide rod. Couldn't really determine any meaningful difference between the stock spring weight and the 12.5# spring, but the overall action is smoother and improved by this spring and a quality guide rod.

    Options

Bought two different weights 11.5-12.5 to see what I liked along with what's in the gun for standard ammo the 12.5 is perfect snaps right back where it needs to be with no bounce of the dot when the gun goes back into battery

Based on the wire type, These should give extended service life. Thanks, LTT!

    MUST HAVE

Posted by Alejandro Bazbaz on Jul 1st 2020

When it comes time to replace your recoil spring, this is the only one you should buy; I even swap out my OEM springs in my brand new berettas with these. If you have any experience with Langdon Tactical, then you should know that they are the best.

Now I can(feel cool) look cool like Ernest, the way he manipulates and controls the slide in most of his training videos. The function and feel of my M9A1 with the new LTT Chrome Silicon Recoil Spring has improved my over all comfort with this. A must have !
