This is the same hammer spring that comes on the Elite pistols and will fit the full-size frame only.

Flush Hammer Spring Cap, No More Lanyard

Who uses a lanyard?
I know some "operators" have to use a lanyard, but if you're not one of those people why not get rid of the lanyard loop? The gun should come with a flat cap and the one in a million people who use a lanyard should have to buy a cap for a lanyard. The flat cap takes about a minute to install and cleans up the lines of the 92 by taking the wart off the gun's butt. It won't make you a better shooter, but it will make your gun look better.

Improved appearance
I think the flush cap looks a lot better than the stock lanyard loop. Combine this with a replacement pin from LTT that can be easily pushed out and you'll find it's now it's much easier and faster to swap hammer springs.

Ad does not mention that spring cap does not fit 92 fs compact without extreme modification.

Metal Hammer Spring Cap
I recently purchased a 92X Centurion and upgraded it with the TJIAB from Langdon Tactical. While performing the upgrade, I noticed that this part was polymer, which was the only part of the gun that was like this. Call it my OCD, but I wanted all parts to be metal. A quick search on the LTT site showed this product, so I ordered it and two days later installed in my pistol. I am satisfied with the quality of this spring cap!
