Fantastically Accurate
This Barrel is a work of art. Shooting pin point groupings at 14 yards with it. There is something wrong with you if your missing shots after dropping this into your 92FS.

Great addition to my 92FS
Perfect, Made the 92FS look great and more modern. Nice not having the barrel extend so far beyond the slide as the original. Very accurate. Perfect drop-in fit.

Not a drop in but really nice once fitted
Just got the new Elite barrel today and now have it installed. It wasn't too difficult but did require quite a bit of stone work. In the end, the problem was mostly a mal-formed locking block (!!) where the left "wing" required quite a bit of stoning to flatten it out. Not sure how or why the part was not properly formed but stoning it resolved the fitting issues and now, it's a nice tight lockup and cycling the slide is easy (initially the slide would not cycle at all). So, bottom line, be patient if the barrel doesn't fit. Take your time and note any bright spots as you work...they will tell you where things aren't fitting. I would definitely buy this barrel again and recommend it to others, as long as you realize it may require an hour or two of patient stone/file/sanding work to get a perfect fit. By the way, I've had several similar experiences with Wilson Combat products so not picking on Langdon at all. It might be nice if they noted that some fitting might be required in the product description.

Elite Barrel -Quality Control
I am disappointed. Outer circumference of crown was burred and nicked. I can dress the burrs, but cannot do anything about the nicks. I have not put any rounds through it yet, but the inner crown appears ok.

Not too impressed
Unlike the Trigger Job in a bag, which is an impressive addition, I wasn't too terribly impressed with this. I would give it four stars but it came dirty and looking used. It had the tell tale signs of a barrel that had been shot somewhat. I know they probably test the barrels but this was a bit on the excessive side.

I have been a tactical officer for the past 21 years. I have been looking forward to getting this barrel for my Beretta M9 A3. Langdon lived up to their reputation with impressive products and customer service.
