Weiss Woodcraft

Founded in 2022, Weiss Woodcraft was built on the foundation of generations of woodworking in my family. From a very young age I was around the shop with my Father and Grandfather watching and helping them create things from wood. I became very interested in the creativity woodworking affords someone and the unending possibilities the skill of woodworking can open. After a 17 year career as an Aerospace Engineer working on military and commercial aviation products, I decided to leave the corporate world and take my hobby and turn it into a business.

AJC & Sons Forge Knives

AJC & Sons Forge was founded in 2018 following founder Allen ‘Gator’ Cochran completing his enlistment in the US Army. With a passion for wood and metal working, Gator combined his interests into AJC and began producing high quality handmade custom knives. Our knives are made for everyday Americans, to be used with pride every single day, and with proper care all AJC&SF knives will last a lifetime and make great heirlooms for generations to come. Every knife that leaves our shop meets our exacting standards, or it doesn’t leave the shop. We appreciate your business and look forward to creating something sharp together.
